Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations/Changes

Green Foot Mama will send your order within two working days of receiving it.  If you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number.  If your order has already shipped, unfortunately it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer want them, your unopened and intact Green Foot Mama product(s) purchased via www.greenfootmama.com can be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Products are unopened and in original condition
  2. Products are returned within 14 days of original receipt of goods.
  3. Proof of purchase / order information is included with the return.

No refunds or replacements will be made if the product has been opened and/or used, damaged or otherwise tampered with.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you paid for your order once the returned products are received by Green Foot Mama.  The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping and any other relevant fees.

To return your unopened and intact product, please email us at hello@greenfootmama.com for a return processing number and address to return your product.

Opened Product

Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once a product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective, or has caused a skin reaction.  If you have experienced a skin reaction, please see our 30 day money back guarantee for information.

If you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (colour, texture, smell), you may request an exchange of opened product by contacting us.  Include in your message your name, order number and name of product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty.

Upon receipt of your email, we will email you with an approval and address to send the faulty product.

Green Foot Mama will exchange a faulty/defective product if it is found there was a production error.  If it is found that the product is faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and the exchange shipping will be paid for by Green Foot Mama.  If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.

Stockists

Green Foot Mama can only accept returns or exchanges of product purchased through greenfootmama.com.

For purchases made from our Stockists or purchased other than via greenfootmama.com, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product for their return and exchange policy.
