Australia Day is nearly upon us, so that means it’s time to start thinking about going back to school.
Are you as ready for that as I am? I love the freedom of holidays with long, sunny days spent getting back to nature with the family. Swimming, picnicking, camping – every day is a new adventure! But by the end of the holidays I’m struggling to keep my daughter busy and entertained… and counting down the days until normal life starts again.
This year my daughter starts preschool, so it’s a brand new set of requirements and routines for us. While I’ve been cooking whole foods for years, I was feeling a bit daunted by the prospect of having to make school lunches day in and day out.
